The inaugural LIFT conference brought together legal educators and psychologists to examine how law schools can reduce student stress and build resilience — from inclusive classroom design and faculty training to mindfulness and growth mindset practices.
Resiliency in Law Advisory (RLAB) Board
RLAB is a group of researchers and practitioners committed to the advancement of empirically-based initiatives aiming to improve student experiences and well-being in professional schools. Members attend semi-annual virtual meetings to discuss trends, strategies, and actions, bringing their insights and experiences to the table, and contributing to a dynamic dialogue on the most pressing issues facing law education and other professional schools.
