Past Conferences
Faculty, staff, and students participated in presentations and interactive sessions focused on practical coaching techniques and evidence-based strategies to better support law students through the challenges of legal education - from managing stress to fostering long-term well-being.
The inaugural LIFT conference brought together legal educators and psychologists to examine how law schools can reduce student stress and build resilience — from inclusive classroom design and faculty training to mindfulness and growth mindset practices.
